SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Usually it takes 3-7 working days for delivery unless stated otherwise in the product description. 

Please allow for a 1-3 working day processing timeframe for our warehouse during peak ecommerce periods. 

Economy shipping rates are available on selected products. We aim for 5-12 working days for international delivery. 

Please note: Printerra has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays.
 

Customs

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. 

As a seller, we are expected to be in compliance with the import laws and regulations of the countries we ship to. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold item is not marked “gift” on a customs declaration form.

  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

  • Printerra ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy.

If you're not entirely happy, please return your product back to us for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. 

 

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of shipping and all items must be returned in their original condition with undamaged  packaging to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

 

Customized or sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or store credit.  

 

After we receive your return we will assess that it's in the same condition as when we sent it and be in touch with an update on your exchange or credit.
